| Memory is formed by synthesis of neural synapse in the brain. More synapses formed for an event would have stronger and longer lasting memory for it. Repeated action or more linkage to other things would build more related synapses and thus enforce memory. That's why we repeated reading same word many times attempting to memorize it. More focused attention would also improve memory because it would reduce forming other synapses with less attention. You might want to consult a nutritionist/doctor to see if you can improve your memory by adjusting your diet/meals for better synapse formation in your brain. ... |
